Virtual Tours at Auburn

From William Fisher - our Auburn Admissions Representative:
First and foremost, I want you all to know that I am thinking of and praying for you and your families during this difficult time. I know that many lives have been affected in a variety of ways, and I am more than happy to help in any way I can you ever need anything.

I know that many of us our transitioning to alternative work settings for a bit while students are transitioning the way they are educated as well. I wanted to bring to your attention two new resources that both admitted and prospective students have at their disposal if they’re interested in Auburn University.

The first resource is our new virtual campus tour that can be accessed at the link below. Obviously I would encourage students to take a true campus tour at some point if ever possible, but I do realize that that may not be feasible in a lot of situations for the coming months.

The second resource can be accessed at the link below. Beginning next Monday, March 30th, we will begin offering two virtual information sessions daily. One session will be geared towards prospective students, while the other session will be geared towards admitted students still trying to decide whether or not they’d like to attend Auburn in the fall.

Additionally, many of our colleges and schools are offering virtual meetings, visits and information sessions as well so that students can learn more about the majors and programs of study they offer. If any of your students are interested in any of these opportunities, please send them my way and I’ll be happy to get them pointed in the right direction.

As with the rest of the world right now, we at Auburn University are evaluating how we are handling the COVID-19 situation on a daily basis. If you have any questions about what we are doing, please don’t hesitate to ask! I don’t have definitive answers to everything at the moment, but I can confidently say that we are doing everything possible to reasonably work with students and families at this time the best we can.
