Alabama School Public Relations Scholarship

Talladega College Visit Day - March 13th

Talladega College would like to cordially invite you and your seniors to our Spring High School Visitation Day. Our Spring High School Visitation Day will take place on Friday, March 13, 2020 between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. The day will consist of tours of our beautiful campus including our new residence hall, student center and museum that house our $50 million Amistad Murals. High School students will also have an opportunity to interact with academics, financial aid, student services, student leaders, and staff. The day will conclude with entertainment by our student organizations and marching band. We will provide lunch for high school representatives and students. JSU Scholarship Deadlines

Hi Christina, Susan Ballew posted a new announcement in  Class of 2020 . It is an exciting time for our accepted students, as our competitive scholarship application deadline is officially one week away. As a reminder, this deadline is for our JAX Competitive Scholarship Application, JSU Leadership Scholarship Application, and JSU Honors Scholarship Application. The JAX Competitive Scholarship Application allows students to apply for over 250 scholarships in one application! If accepted students haven't already applied, they still have time. There is an essay requirement for each of these applications, meaning students should be polishing up those essays in the coming week and hitting that submit button! Unfamiliar with our scholarships? Auburn Admissions and Scholarship Information Update

1.         Our final admission application deadline is  February 3 rd .  The is the deadline for students to submit the following: Application Application fee or application fee waiver Official high school transcript Official ACT or SAT  sent to us electronically directly from the testing agency 2.         Our AUSOM Scholarship Application deadline for departmental scholarships is  February 1 st .  If you have students who already completed the AUSOM Scholarship Application by the initial December 15 th  deadline, they do not need to do anything else. However, for those students who have recently been admitted or missed our initial scholarship deadline, they can still submit AUSOM by  February 1 st   to apply for departmental scholarship opportunities.

Stonewall Jackson Memorial Fund Repayable Scholarship

Announcing a Scholarship Opportunity for Alabama High School Seniors Alabama Stonewall Jackson  Memorial Fund  Repayable Scholarship Program The Alabama Stonewall Jackson Memorial Fund, established in 1955 by an act of the Alabama Legislature, awards up to three repayable scholarships each May.   To be considered for a scholarship award, the applicant must be an Alabama high school senior and submit an original essay of 1500 to 2500 words on Thomas J. "Stonewall" Jackson.   Repayable scholarships are awarded in the following amounts: 1st place:$3,000 2nd place: $2,000 3rd place: $1,000 Submissions must be postmarked no later than April 1. UM updates and ACT Prep Classes

Montevallo will host two  ACT Prep Camps  this semester: January 25 and March 14. The cost is $110 per class and students who are on free or reduced lunch can receive a 20% discount. Cattlemans Scholarship Extended - Senior FFA students read!

To Whom It May Concern, The Chilton County Cattlemen are proud to announce that we will be presenting two $250 scholarships to graduating Seniors in January of 2020. These scholarships will be available to use in both college and vocational programs, to students who have a desire to study and/or pursue a career in the field of Agriculture.
